As an accredited Welcome to Excellence trainer since 2001 Jean has delivered Welcome to Excellence training to over 700 delegates across NI. Client have included: NI Tourist Board, Visitor Attractions, Borough Councils, Leisure Centres, Retail, Hospitality, Sport and Leisure, Colleges and High Schools. Jean delivers on Welcome Host, Welcome Host Plus and Welcome All.

Jean is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and a Member of the Chartered Management Institute.

Jean comes from an operational background and is an experienced manager, with over 35 years of operating in customer orientated business environments.

In her current position as an independent HR Consultant she has worked across all sectors on a number of challenging assignments.

She delivers a portfolio of training interventions in Management, Personal Development and Customer Service.
