Julie Allen is a registered trainer for all three of the Welcome to Excellence programmes and has been involved in its delivery since its inception in 1995, and delivers in Welcome Host, Welcome Host Plus and Welcome All.

Julie has a Hospitality Management Honours Degree, an MSc in Business Improvement and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, the Institute of Business Consulting and is also a Nationally Registered Investors in People Adviser.

Julie is passionate about customer services and promoting all that is great about Northern Ireland. She is always keen to make each of the training sessions she delivers as Interactive as possible.

Julie is willing to deliver training throughout Northern Ireland and has experience of delivering Welcome to Excellence training within bars, restaurants, hotels, tourist attractions and leisure centres.
