Avril Downey is a registered trainer for all three of the Welcome to Excellence programmes and has been involved in its delivery since its inception in 1995, and delivers in Welcome Host, Welcome Host Plus and Welcome All.

Avril is a lecturer in Belfast Metropolitan College with extensive experience of delivering courses to hospitality businesses.

Avril is willing to deliver training to the greater Belfast area.
