Colette McCafferty is a registered trainer for Welcome Host and Welcome Host Plus, and has been involved in its delivery since it began in 1995. She delivers in Welcome Host and Welcome Host Plus

Colette has sixteen years experience in design and delivery of travel and tourism training including full-time BTEC courses, FE/ HE tourism marketing and NVQs.

Colette has an involvement with all leading NI tourism stakeholders in the training and development of staff e.g. NITB, National Trust, Translink, City Sightseeing, Fáilte Feirste Thiar.

Colette has a particular interest in training tour guides for the NI market and have delivered Welcome Host and Welcome Host + to 100+ NVQ Guiding candidates.
