Siofra is the Training & Development Manager for the Federation of the Retail Licensed Trade and she is a Welcome to Excellence trainer and has trained approximately 1,250 people on Welcome Host and Welcome Host Plus programmes since it was first introduced to Northern Ireland.

Over the last number of years some of the companies that Siofra has trained have gone on to achieve the Welcome to Excellence Gold Award.

In delivering a quality programme Siofra is always committed to meeting the specific training needs of her client group and will customise the Welcome to Excellence programmes to ensure that the best possible standard is achieved through the training.

She believes passionately that in the tourism and hospitality business, customers care is paramount –‘We’re in the business of looking after people and if we don’t put people first we won’t continue to be in the business!’
