Requirements

Larger companies may wish to nominate a member of staff to run one of the Welcome to Excellence courses on an in-house basis. The in-house trainer may deliver the programme to staff on an ongoing basis as and when required.

There is an agreed trainer specification for each course, details of which are given under 'trainer specifications'.

Interested individuals will be asked for their curriculum vitae (outlining relevant training experience and qualifications) or can complete an application form online so their suitability can be assessed against the course specification. This ensures the quality of the training courses remain at a high level.
