What is Welcome Host?

This participative, one day course provides your staff with the communication tools and insights into customer expectations to enable them to provide service excellence and contribute to increased business performance.

The Training is aligned to the NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service and provides valuable underpinning knowledge.
